Sbakery by Mama Soo brings to you the quintessential no-frills classic baked New York cheesecake.
It was discovered by Mama Soo in her humble kitchen, where she found the perfect way to combine the creaminess of the cheese, the crunchiness of the fragrant crust and the tanginess of sour cream to deliver the perfect balance in every bite.
We aim to bring you back in time — when cakes were simple, delicious and made without any other unnecessary ingredients. We wish to provide you with an authentic, rich and decadent New York cheesecake in Hong Kong which we hope you can enjoy and share with your loved ones.

Become a member
You can join as a member for free. Your spending will go toward unlocking three additional levels of membership. Each level is unlocked after a certain spending level during a one-year period:
🥉 Bronze: after spending $800
🥈 Silver: after spending $2,800
🏅 Gold: after spending $5,000
🥈 Silver: after spending $2,800
🏅 Gold: after spending $5,000
There are two ways to become a Bronze, Silver or Gold member:

Achieve the required spending level by pre-paying for store credit directly on this page. You will instantly gain access to membership benefits. Your payment will become store credit that can be used at Sbakery over the next 365 days.

By invitation
After achieving a certain spending level, you may be invited to join as a member. You will gain access to all membership benefits at the appropriate level. There is no pre-payment or store credit component for invited members who have passed our spending threshold.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do my store credits at Sbakery work?
When you purchase a membership, you will be pre-paying Sbakery for an equivalent amount in store credits, which will be valid over the next 365 days.
To use your store credits in-person, simply let our staff know that you are a member. We will verify your identity, and use store credits to cover your purchase.
For online pre-orders, and special/custom orders, you can email our team or send us a DM on Instagram @sbakeryhk and we will be able to deduct store credits to fulfill your orders.
I am on the Free Membership, and would like to upgrade to a pre-paid membership. How should I do so?
If you would like to upgrade or change your account, you can log in through your Member Portal and change via the Settings section.
